My terms of service for commissions

By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms:

I am allowed to decline your commission for any reason.
I provide commissions only in digital form, you will not recieve a physical copy.
Never claim my work as your own and give credit for my work where it's possible.
No other party is allowed to edit, trace or copy a finished piece.
Reply's to messages may take about 48 hours, I am not always able to respond immediatly.
- I will give you the same timeframe to any questions I might have

Before agreeing to the commission I will send you the link to these ToS and we will discuss your ideas to figure out if I can do what you ask of me.
I will not start the commission until you pay me the agreed upon price (unless agreed upon another payment plan).
After starting the commission I will send you a "final sketch" where you can make any changes that are needed. I will only move on with the piece once you agree the final sketch is to your liking.
After coloring I will send another image to check the colors with you before fully finishing up the piece.
Once the piece is finished I will upload the image to google drive and send you a link to download the file.
- The image will be available on google drive for a month, you are responsible to save and store the completed piece.

Payment is done via PayPal.
If you do not send me the payment within 48 hours of agreeing to the commission (without communication), I will assume you are no longer interested in commissioning me anymore. If you still want to commission me, you will have to contact me again. If prices have gone up in the meantime you will have to pay the new price.
Only pay me after I have agreed to take your commission, otherwise I will view the payment as a gift and you will not get the money back.

You are allowed a refund at any point before agreeing to the last sketch.
No refunds will be given for completed work.
I will give a full refund if a refund is requested before the final sketch.
I will refund 80% of the total commission price if a refund is requested at the final sketch check in.

Animals as a main focus (if you want to add an animal somewhere in the picture this will have to be discussed)
Ferals
Intricate robotix (without extensive reference or a lot of creative freedom)
Genetalia
Hateful images or activities
Anything offensive or against my beliefs

I may still refuse your commission if drawing your request would make me uncomfortable
